These are 1 1/4" x 3/4" black plastic pins. On the front is a very small Wacky Pack sticker. All have T.C.G. printed on them somewhere. The designs are from series 1-4. Two pins are packaged together on a card. The cards are square with Wacky Packages written in the usual Wacky font across the top. Under it is the Topps copyright tag line.
